Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. You are allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store. You can remove the product from the packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires possession of the product.

If you have ordered several goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the last product or part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, we request that you send us an email at info@lantara.nl.
You must return the products including invoice within 14 days after sending the email.

We request that you return the product in the original packaging as much as possible.

Refund
In the event of a cancellation, you will receive all payments, including any delivery costs for the outward shipment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your returns. We will refund you with the same payment method you used to pay, unless you agree on another method with us.

You bear the costs for return shipping yourself.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
* Personalized products such as items with your logo.
